About Us

Built for a Critical Moment

AM4P was founded in 2026 with a clear-eyed view of what the clean energy transition actually requires: materials, at scale, with supply chain certainty. Solar panels don't run on policy, they run on advanced materials. So do batteries, biofuels, and the composites reshaping modern manufacturing.

We chose Kentucky as our anchor state for a reason. It has the most mature hemp regulatory framework in the country, leads the nation in USDA-licensed hemp acreage, and sits within a day's drive of over 60% of U.S. manufacturing capacity. We're not experimenting with geography, we're building where the supply chain already wants to be.

Our model is vertically integrated by design, not by accident. Owning the full chain, from seed to finished material, is what gives us pricing power, quality control, and the ability to move fast when our customers need us to.
