AM4P (Advanced Materials for Power) is building America's first vertically integrated domestic clean materials platform, turning a single renewable crop into critical components across five clean energy verticals.
The clean energy transition is a materials problem. Solar panels, batteries, biofuels, composites, they all depend on supply chains that are fragmented, opaque, and offshore. AM4P was built to change that.
By owning every step, from raw agricultural input to finished advanced material, we eliminate the middlemen, compress the supply chain, and deliver the quality and reliability that cleantech customers can't find anywhere else.
"To be the world's most trusted vertically integrated materials company, engineering the foundational building blocks that make clean energy abundant, affordable, and unstoppable."AM4P Vision Statement
AM4P designs, manufactures, and delivers advanced materials for the global clean energy transition, owning every step from raw input to finished product to ensure unmatched quality, speed, and supply chain resilience.AM4P Mission
A single renewable input, industrial hemp, yields the feedstock for high-value materials in every clean energy vertical we serve. Fiber becomes structural reinforcement, the woody core becomes engineered carbon for energy storage, and seed oil feeds bio-based resins and clean fuels. Nothing is wasted.
Hemp-derived engineered carbon as electrode material for next-generation batteries and supercapacitors, a domestic answer to a supply-constrained material.
Natural-fiber composite reinforcement, bio-based resins, and renewable core materials for lighter, lower-cost turbine blades.
Carbon-negative hempcrete insulation plus biocomposite enclosures, housings, and mounting hardware, the sustainable structure around the panel.
High-surface-area carbon storage media and fiber-composite vessel materials, an active R&D pipeline for the hydrogen economy.
Low-cost storage materials paired with durable biocomposite enclosures for meters, inverters, and grid hardware.
RIN-eligible biodiesel, food-grade protein meal, and USP glycerin round out whole-plant economics at every stage of processing.
Market figures are independent third-party industry forecasts. Margin expectations are company estimates at full processing scale.
These aren't aspirations. They're the operating principles that determine how we make decisions, hire people, and build the company.
Full chain accountability, no middlemen, no excuses.
Deep science and engineering at every step of production.
Every product we make serves the global energy transition.
Continuous investment in process improvement and R&D.
Trust-based growth with customers, partners, and communities.
AM4P was founded in 2026 with a clear-eyed view of what the clean energy transition actually requires: materials, at scale, with supply chain certainty. Solar panels don't run on policy, they run on advanced materials. So do batteries, biofuels, and the composites reshaping modern manufacturing.
We chose Kentucky as our anchor state for a reason. It has the most mature hemp regulatory framework in the country, leads the nation in USDA-licensed hemp acreage, and sits within a day's drive of over 60% of U.S. manufacturing capacity. We're not experimenting with geography, we're building where the supply chain already wants to be.
Our model is vertically integrated by design, not by accident. Owning the full chain, from seed to finished material, is what gives us pricing power, quality control, and the ability to move fast when our customers need us to.
We're assembling founding leadership across finance, agronomy, processing engineering, business development, and regulatory affairs.

Whether you're a potential investor, strategic partner, customer, or future team member, we want to hear from you. AM4P is in active formation and the right conversations are everything right now.
